The Lewistown Soccer Park
The Lewistown Soccer Club (LSC) would like to thank each and every one of our donors who have helped build the soccer park.
The following capital campaign was a pamphlet that Dave Rummans put together for the Lewistown Soccer club in 2015. Since then, many of the goals have been met! As we take a scroll down memory lane, its exciting to see where we started, where we are now, and where we hope to go! Lets go LSC!
Through fundraising, donating, and rolling up their sleeves and pitching in, the Lewistown community has given the youth of our town a huge gift, The Lewistown Soccer Park. The Lewistown Soccer Park came to fruition in 2024, when it hosted its first games and gave the LSC a place to practice. Now that Lewistown has a soccer park, our club has the opportunity to practice, compete and host games and tournaments in Lewistown, bringing in competition as well as commerce.
And with grattitude, the LSC still needs your help to raise funds to continue with the LEWISTOWN SOCCER PARK PROJECT, an ongoing investment in our youth and future generations. Together we can take another step forward for Central Montana by improving our soccer venue, by adding a building with restrooms, concession space, and a roof to shelter players during storms. The soccer club is steadfast in our mission to provide a safe and positive outlet for recreation, exercise, and healthy living options for all of Central Montana to enjoy.
High School Soccer Program
Along with funding for the Soccer park and Building, The LSC is also launching a funding campaign that is necessary to get soccer added to Fergus High School as a school sport. In the Spring of 2025, the LSC was able to host their first ever High School Scrimmage in hopes of proving that soccer is a great addition to the Fergus High School. The game was a huge success! Hopefully, the Fergus high school will have a soccer team by 2026.
We have many options for fundraising for LSC
Throughout the year, Lewistown Soccer Club has many opportunities to fundraise. These events are what help to keep registration costs lower, provide for needed equipment, and maintenance/improvements to the soccer park. These fundraising events can only be successful with the support of parents and players. Not only do these events raise money, but they also create situations where you can get to know other families in the club as well as be involved in the Lewistown community!
