Montana soccer's mandatory reporting guidelines require any adult associated with youth soccer (coaches, referees, volunteers, etc.) to report suspected child abuse within 24 hours to law enforcement or Child Protective Services. This is based on the SafeSport Act and state law, and applies if you have reason to suspect a child has suffered any form of abuse or neglect. For non-abuse misconduct, you can report to the US Soccer Safeguarding department, in addition to any reporting required by your local club or state association.
